Return and Refund Policy

At CODEBRO, we value your satisfaction. Every product is crafted and packed with care, but if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy ensures a fair and simple process.

Eligibility for Returns

 

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order which means we have a 7 day return policy in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Return Process

 

Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner Delivery will pick up the item from your address. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Replaced products will be delivered within 10 business days. 

Refund Process

 

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will credit  refund to your original payment method via PhonePe within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain products are not eligible for returns, such as:

  • Clearance sale products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
